Individual Counselling Session

Horses can trigger strong images, feelings, desires, change and experiences through their capacity for self-awareness, emotional regulation and contact with the world around them.
Working with a counsellor and a horse to set boundaries, model relationships and work on counselling goals increases well-being and improves mental health and decreases symptoms of depression.
Evidence supports working with horses in counselling with their sensitive nature, non-verbal communication and the bond they develop with clients.

Hearts and Hooves Group Program

The Hearts and Hooves program develops skills created in the relationship with horses to boost confidence, improve self-esteem, increase life skills and foster well-being.
