Help for Your Life

Individual Counselling Session
Horses can trigger strong images, feelings, desires, change and experiences through their capacity for self-awareness, emotional regulation and contact with the world around them.
Working with a counsellor and a horse to set boundaries, model relationships and work on counselling goals increases well-being and improves mental health and decreases symptoms of depression.
Evidence supports working with horses in counselling with their sensitive nature, non-verbal communication and the bond they develop with clients.
